Welcome to Kart Track. By creating an account or using any of our services, including the Kart Track mobile app and the Kart Track Speed Lab (our web platform for telemetry analysis and AI coaching), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

Kart Track is designed for personal use to track karting sessions, setups, analyze driving performance, and related data. You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login information with others. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of Kart Track require a paid subscription or purchase. Subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store are managed by the respective platform and are subject to their terms. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select, and renewals occur automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds for app store purchases are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies. Payments made through the web platform are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to those providers’ terms. Refunds for web purchases are handled in accordance with the respective provider’s refund policies.

In addition to subscriptions, Kart Track offers coaching credit packs as one-time purchases. Credits from purchased packs do not expire. Credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been applied to your account, except where required by the applicable app store or payment provider’s refund policy.

4. Data Storage and Privacy

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database service. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

5. User-Uploaded Content

You may upload data files and other content to the service for analysis and storage. You retain ownership of your uploaded content. By uploading content, you grant Kart Track a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.

6. AI-Powered Features

Kart Track uses third-party AI services to power features including AI Chat, AI Coaching, Setup Analysis, and Voice Dictation. When you use these features, relevant session and setup data is sent to third-party AI providers for processing. AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs. Always use your own judgment before applying any recommendations on track or to your kart.

7. Location Data

With your permission, the app accesses your device’s location solely to provide real-time weather data for your sessions. Location data is not stored, saved, or shared.

8. Sharing Features

Certain features allow you to share your data or results with others via links or within teams. If you use team features, certain setup data may be shared with team members or team administrators based on the sharing permissions you or your team admin configure. Once shared, that content may be accessible to anyone with the link or appropriate permissions. You are responsible for any data you choose to share.

9. Offline Functionality

Kart Track supports limited offline use. Data created while offline is stored locally on your device and will sync automatically when your connection is restored. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure while data is stored locally.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed in the app are the property of Kart Track and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any app content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Kart Track shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on AI-generated content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kart Track harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Kart Track. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the app.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our discretion, including for violation of these terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
